Boss Life ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of the men who engage with our content, visit our website at bosslife.university (the "Site"), and enroll in our coaching programs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your data.

By visiting our Site or submitting your information through any of our forms, you agree to the practices described in this policy.


2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services and communicate with prospective and active clients.

Information You Provide Directly

  • Name and email address when you opt in to receive content, resources, or communications from us

  • Phone number when you submit it through a form or survey on our Site

  • Booking and intake information collected when you schedule a discovery call, including responses to pre-call questions such as income range, goals, and the challenges you are looking to address


Information Collected Automatically

  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation behavior

  • Referring URL (how you arrived at our Site)

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. To opt out of phone calls, contact us directly at the email address in Section 11.

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive commercial email communications from us. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time by clicking that link or by emailing us at brian@bosslife.university. Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed. Note that opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional messages related to an active coaching enrollment.


5. Third-Party Tools and Service Providers

We use reputable third-party platforms to operate our business. These platforms may collect, store, or process your information as part of delivering services on our behalf. Our current service providers include:

  • SMS platform — for sending and receiving text messages

  • Payment processor (Stripe) — for securely processing coaching enrollment payments

  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) — for tracking Site usage and advertising performance

  • Scheduling tool (Calendly or equivalent) — for booking discovery calls

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies governing their handling of your data. We encourage you to review their policies directly. We only share data with these providers to the extent necessary to operate our services and do not authorize them to use your data for their own independent marketing purposes.
