Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Boss Life website located at bosslife.university (the "Site"), as well as any content, coaching programs, communications, and services offered by Boss Life ("we," "us," or "our").

By visiting the Site, submitting your information through any form, or enrolling in any Boss Life program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, leads, and enrolled clients. For enrolled clients, these Terms apply alongside any separate coaching agreement or enrollment contract you have signed.


2. About Boss Life

Boss Life is a men's self-improvement and dating coaching company. We provide educational content, coaching programs, and related resources designed to help professional men improve their dating lives, social skills, mindset, and overall quality of life.

Our services are offered through online content, video training, group coaching, one-on-one coaching calls, email, and SMS communications.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or participate in any Boss Life program. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet this requirement or who violates these Terms.


4. SMS Communications

By submitting your phone number through any form on our Site, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Boss Life. These messages may include follow-ups to your inquiry, program information, scheduling coordination, and coaching-related content.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. For help, reply HELP. Opting out will remove you from SMS communications but does not cancel any active coaching enrollment.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.


5. Coaching Programs and Enrollment

Boss Life offers coaching programs at various price points. Enrollment in any paid program is subject to a separate coaching agreement or enrollment contract, which governs the specific terms of your participation, payment obligations, refund eligibility, and program deliverables.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed coaching agreement, the coaching agreement controls with respect to the specific program enrolled in.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize Boss Life to charge the applicable fees for the program you have selected. All prices are listed in US dollars.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the terms of your specific coaching agreement. In general, Boss Life does not offer refunds after coaching has commenced, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in your enrollment contract. 6. Results Disclaimer

Boss Life provides education, coaching, and tools designed to support personal growth in dating, relationships, mindset, and lifestyle. Results vary significantly between individuals and depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to personal effort, consistency, background, social environment, mindset, and individual circumstances.

Boss Life does not guarantee any specific dating, relationship, social, financial, lifestyle, or personal development outcome. Nothing on this Site, in our programs, or in any communication from Boss Life constitutes a promise or guarantee of a specific result within a specific timeframe.

Testimonials, success stories, and case studies shared by Boss Life or its clients reflect individual experiences only. They are not representative of typical results and should not be interpreted as a promise or prediction that you will achieve the same or similar outcomes. The fact that another client achieved a particular result does not mean you will achieve the same result.

Boss Life is not a licensed therapy, counseling, or mental health service. Our coaching is educational and motivational in nature and is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, legal, or relationship counseling. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, we encourage you to seek support from a qualified professional.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our programs — including but not limited to videos, written materials, frameworks, methodologies, branding, and course content — is the intellectual property of Boss Life and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any Boss Life content without our prior written consent. This includes sharing program materials with non-enrolled individuals or uploading content to any third-party platform.

Enrolled clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials for their own personal development purposes only.


8. Acceptable Use

By using our Site and services, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site or our content for any unlawful purpose

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other participants in any Boss Life program or community

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or accounts

  • Share, resell, or distribute Boss Life program materials to third parties

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Boss Life

  • Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the delivery of our services


9. Conduct Responsibility and Lawful Use

Boss Life's coaching is designed to help men develop confidence, social skills, and healthier approaches to dating and relationships. All coaching, content, and advice from Boss Life is intended to support lawful, consensual, and respectful conduct in all social interactions.

You are solely responsible for your own conduct and the decisions you make as a result of participating in any Boss Life program. Boss Life does not endorse, encourage, or condone harassment, coercion, stalking, manipulation, discrimination, violence, or any behavior that violates applicable law, platform rules, workplace policies, venue rules, or the rights of others.

Nothing in Boss Life's coaching, content, or programs should be interpreted as encouraging or justifying unlawful, harmful, or disrespectful conduct toward any person. Any such interpretation is expressly contrary to the intent and values of Boss Life.


10. Assumption of Risk and Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that participation in personal development coaching involves your own judgment, decisions, and actions. You are solely responsible for how you apply any information, frameworks, or advice provided through Boss Life's programs, content, or coaching calls.

Boss Life is not responsible for the decisions you make or the consequences of those decisions, whether in dating, relationships, social situations, lifestyle changes, fitness, travel, or any other area of your life. By participating in our programs, you accept full responsibility for your own choices and their outcomes.

Where appropriate, you should seek guidance from licensed professionals — including therapists, doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors — before making significant life decisions. Boss Life's coaching is not a substitute for professional advice in any licensed field.


11. Termination and Suspension

Boss Life reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, any program, community, coaching calls, or materials at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms or any coaching agreement

  • Abusive, harassing, or threatening conduct toward staff, coaches, or other participants

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith

  • Suspected fraud or misrepresentation

  • Unauthorized sharing or distribution of Boss Life intellectual property

  • Any conduct that, in our judgment, harms the Boss Life community, brand, or other members

Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations already incurred under a coaching agreement or enrollment contract. Where a refund is not expressly provided for under your coaching agreement, termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of fees paid.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from our programs or community without prior notice where their conduct warrants immediate action.


12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Boss Life and its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Site or our services

  • Your breach of these Terms or any coaching agreement

  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

  • Your infringement of any third party's intellectual property or other rights

  • Your conduct toward third parties in connection with information or coaching received from Boss Life

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of these Terms and your participation in any Boss Life program.


13. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Site and communications may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Boss Life does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boss Life, its owners, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or failure to achieve desired personal outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Boss Life in the three months preceding the claim.


15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all Boss Life services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site.


16. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at bosslife.university/privacy-policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.


17. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.


18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms.

Arbitration shall be conducted in Texas, provided that hearings may be conducted remotely or in writing where permitted by the applicable AAA rules. Each party shall bear their own fees and costs as provided by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law.

Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm, without waiving the right to arbitrate the underlying dispute.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED UNDER THESE TERMS.

If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
